I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I was trying to withdraw money at the STD ATM on 6 Sept 2013 at Waterfall Mall in RTB. The ATM swallowed my card and gave a slip - "account invalid", I immediately went into STD and report the incident. I was busy speaking to the lady when I received a sms saying R5000 is withdrawn out of the account. The lady informed me that she will immediately stop the card and that I need to call the unit to report it. I hold on for almost 2 hours before I got through to anybody. I told them what happened and was informed it will be investigated and THEY will call me within 3 days... NOTHING HAPPENED. I called them and was informed 10 working days... STILL NOTHING HAPPENED. I called after 10 days and was informed 15 working days... WHICH NOTHING HAPPENED AGAIN. After 15 working days I called again and they inform me that my card had been cloned but they are NOT going to refund me. It is not my fault I got robbed - How the could I stand inside STD and money get's withdrawn from a Capitec Bank at the same time???

I am also frustrated that they give time frames and don't keep to it and they by saying THEY will call back and then YOU need to call them!
