Poor service and bad attitude

I went to the above mentioned bank at 16h45 to make 2 deposits. Then I have been served by teller 5 as she was the only one operating. At first she complaint about me coming to the bank late and then she proceeded with my first deposit. As she was busy with my 1st deposits other clients entered the bank.
she then started panicking and asked me to step aside so that she can quickly serve them first. I then refused as it didn't make sense to me. To my knowledge they should work on a first come first serve basis. Irrespective of the fact that I refused and insisted that she complete my transactions before she could move to the next person she became suborn and called the person behind me and served her in front of me. It was a show off kind of attitude that I have never experienced before in my life at the bank. What made things worse was that the Supervisor was in a nearby office were she could hear the exchange of words but she never bothered to come out and assist, I felt helpless, humiliated and not valued as a customer. People behind me were not elderly nor they were disabled. This was the worst service I have ever received from a bank in this country.
