GREAT SERVICE

I left my credit card at a company in Vredenberg and requested the owner to send it to me. He did this but there was a problem with the couriers and after waiting for them for 10 days I eventually cancelled the card on Friday morning 18/10/2013. The person at the Call Centre, Randy, was pleasant and efficient. On Tuesday afternoon 22/10/2013 an SMS was received informing me that the new card was ready at the branch. If supplying a new card in 2 days is not classified as good service then you are really a difficult person to please. My wife and I have always received efficient and courteous service from the Strand branch personnel.

WELL DONE FNB STRAND!! It is appreciated and keep up the good service.
