Claim #2445339 lodged beginning of September and still no feedback. The adviser say they will call you back yet never do. Every time you call you put on hold for at least 20 min, If you ask for a manager or team leader they are always in meetings. This is going on for almost 2 month and if it is not sorted out right away i will be forced to take it higher due to absa incompetence to do business.
