In call3 your Portia clearly states that it is your duty as an insurance company, even though the quote was done based on her previous insurance, to offer the client the shortfall cover. Portia clearly states that the shortfall will be paid out since it was never offered by your sales agent. It was clearly agreed by Portia to client that it will be paid out. Portia clearly states that that as the shortfall was not offered that you guys have to pay it, she further states that she will escalate it to her supervisor to deal with it.you denying is like a joke, it's like your company is taking advantage of the general public's lack of knowledge of the insurance sector, how dare you not offer a client such a crucial product when signing them up? Even your own agent (Portia) knows that shortfall had to be offered, and now you are arguing that it doesn't have to be offered to clients with financed cars. You insult yourself by insinuating such. I don't know what you guys are trying to pull here. You are now ignoring the mails she has sent with regards to this matter, she cc'd me on those mails, so you better reply to all. DISGUSTED AT YOUR BEHAVIOR! SIES!
