On Monday the 21/10/2013 i called outsurance pointsman call center to complain about points man at E'skia Mphahlele drive and mansfield their is no points man but at the above intersection they direct traffic to drive when this robot turns green... i am still awaiting the manger call to tell me he has rectified the problem he has obviously not since its been like that now for three days ..I was almost involved in an accident this morning due to the stupidity of the no how to do the job who would of been responsible since the robot for us was green and the law states if its green you go . when the points man are in these intersection they cause more of a traffic congestion than when they are not their..this is unacceptable either they must do their job properly or off totally
