INCORRECT DEBIT ORDER DATE

I have a loan with capitec bank that i took out 5 months ago, I have been experiencing problems with the debit order date, they debit my account whenever they feel like, my account is in not in arrears, i requested my debit order to be on the 25th of everymonth but they decided to set their system to be anytime before the 25th, I am so sick and tired of this bank, I spoke to Andiswa this morning who told me I must withdraw the money from my account to prevent this, if i have to withdraw my money what is the use of having a bank account???

If the agent is trying to tell me I must close my account with capitec, maybe that will sound better.

I need this to be resolved, otherwise I will close my account and pay my loan by cash not debit order anymore
