I have been trying to get Liberty Life to pay out a policy for which my disabled brother is a beneficiary for the last three years now. I have been through two different attorneys trying to sort this out and have now been dealing with them directly.
They request for the same documentation week in, week out prolonging paying out this policy. One consultant will request for documentation and when I phoned again, another consultant stated said documentation will not be necessary. I then, get an email from another consultant stating they are still awaiting this documents.
Their service levels are pathetic and if I do not get a response soon, I will be lodging a complaint with the ombudsman.
