INTERNET BANKING CHARGES

I've been with ABSA for more than 20 years. As one never have any indication of how MUCH internet banking charges is going to be (as they are very expensive with internet banking charges), it happened that there was not enough money in my account for these charges to be deducted. My internet banking service was suspended and was only activated again after I visited the bank with my card and ID (for the 3rd time this month - the last time to be on 17 October 2013, on which day a deposit was made). As I knew the internet banking charges must be deducted, I made a point of it to have money in the account. When I tried to check my balance this morning, I was blocked again!!! I demand that my account will be activated WITHOUT TAKING OFF FROM WORK AGAIN but as I was considering closing my account, I think this problem/issue made up my mind for me!!!
