Cannot read emails?

Good Day i took out a loan through bruma on 5 September 2013. It was approved - was estatic as service was excellent. The first payment should be made end of October 2013 but I have been continually harassed by the Collections Dept advising that I am in arrears and that they would be blacklisting me. This is not acceptable as where does someone pay a loan back on the first month that it was given (nogal I only received it in the 2nd week of September). I have sent emails explaining but they just DO NOT CARE. They have been continually phoning trhrough my place of employment (the staff are now looking at me sidways) as I work in a Call Centre. i have repatedly sent emails explaining but to no avail. I also explained in my email to Elizabeth that I had to change my banking details because of a major problem that I was experiencing plus my cell phone is not working at the moment but still I have been harassed and threatened. This is not acceptable if people who are employed at Bruma cannot understand/read emails. I requested their banking details but to date have not received any.
