I phoned Outsurance this morning to complain about the substantial increase in my premiums. I got transferred to Johann Human who patiently listened to my objections for the increases on all our vehicles listed...
What I appreciated was that he was patient andand friendly without being patronizing and explained to me the reasoning for the inflationery increases which was entirely logical and reasonable.
What I appreciated more was the fact that he stressed how Outsurance value their clients and because of our good history which has merit, he offered us an excellent discount to ensure a win-win situation.
Through the entire discussion I FELT like a valued client. That was awesome service, going the extra mile. Thanks Johann, you're a star!
