Money missing in account

Its been about 2 weeks now. My husband's funds went missing from his account. Head office promised he would make the funds available with 48 hours, but till today - nothing..we are so frustrated.his month-end debts weren't paid, he has expenses, and the branches in PE don't seem to be helping.
