I pay my insurance every month and as i am a young professional, it takes quite a chunk out of my monthly salary. This holiday someone else crashed into my car. She is supposed to fix it. I phoned in to report this accident and then it was processed as me making a claim, which would affect my out bonus. this is not correct. The woman who drove into my car was supposed to make the claim and surely my insurance would follow up on this seeing as i pay so much every month! i have not been contacted back, i have phoned into Outsurance at least 15 times only to get an answering service. I AM FRUSTRATED and have filed for a quote with Dial Direct because i can not be paying so much every month to be treated like this!
