So after my initial complaint only two weeks ago in regards to my credit card, they escalated the complaint to ensure I got looked after. As soon as my complaint on HelloPeter; surprise surprise I was called directly by the branch to inform me that they have noted the complaint and my credit card will be ready in 3 days, which was what they said a month ago. This was almost two weeks ago and low and behold... I have heard NOTHING... again!!
Not only have I STILL not received my credit card a month after applying, when they called me to confirm they changed my limit from R50, 000 initially granted to R15, 000 and yet STILL expect me to pay the same fees on the credit card that I STILL haven't received.
Rest assured 'Steve' at 'Beep" bank never mentions this terrible service in his 50 million daily radio adverts and I will be sure to cancel my account the next time I can get to a branch. Nedbank cant be this bad!!
