I applied for a smart device earlier this year and it was approved and delivered. Last week I settled that device's account so I can take another device. To my disappointment, this time round I was declined. I didn't even get a phone call, I received an SMS stating that my "credit criteria was not met..." My credit status has not changed since my first device was applied for. Does FNB not want to do business with me??? I even went as far settling the first device so I can do more business with you guys... DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!
