I need an account recon

On the 11th of october I requested absa to reconcile my account from June to date. Until today they did not bother to reconcile my account. I am still waiting for the recon. I don't know if they don't know what is an account recon. They are so quick to call me when they need the payment but they don't care when I request a service from them.
