In August 2013 I settled my FNB credit. Firstly to get a settlement amount letter from them I had to contact Hellopeter because I was trying all the angles but in vain.
After the account has been settled I was charged R24.54 and I paid R25.00, Secondly I was charged R293.87 and I paid 294.00. Now they charged me 230.00 for late payment and also charged an interest of R3.73. On the 9 October 2013, I sent an email enquiring about these massive charges on R0.00 balance credit card and the did not bother to reply. I am not intending to close my credit card completly but due to their poor service I am thinking otherwise.
