Poor Pathetic service

On the 12th October 2013 I went to my BANK which is Standard Bank CLEARWATER to apply for a credit card, I had submitted all the necessary documents to make the process as efficient as possible!!! I was assisted by the lady by the name of Busi, whom advised me that my application will take 7 days from the same Saturday. She even told me that I will receive am sms notifying me to come collect my credit card.

On Friday the 18/10/2013 there was no sms nor call received from the bank nor Busi to inform me that my application was processed... approved or declined!!!??? On Saturday the 19th October 2013 I went to the bank to collect my card, to my surprised, my application was not processed... no one knew what had happend and Busi was not on duty. I was then assisted by a lady at the enquiry desk who told me that she'll have to follow up with Busi regarding my application.

Until now, 21/10/2013 at 14: 23 I haven't received any feedback from the bank nor Busi regarding my application. Can someone who is accountable enough to contact me with emmidiate effect with proper feedback as I would like to apply for another credit card from a better BANK like FNB!!!
