I have taken out a Liquid Capital service contract for my vehicle. I am still waiting for the documentation, and have not received anything yet.
You get so-called 30 days to review the documents, but yet, they do not send it - so how can you review/query it? Or know exactly what you are covered for?
I have sent message through there website, and replied twice to the emails sent to me from the guy that phoned me, and nothing.
This is really poor service, and am starting to think that I should rather just cancel it - if this is the type of service I am getting...
