R350 was debited from my account, due to this i will not be able to make payments this month, i filled out the forms and all that i got was names of companies that i can go to for a loan never legal advise or anything like that, i should not have to pay R350 to just get names of financial providers especially since you are providing me with nothing, i expect my money back asap before this matter is taken further as i did not give consent for R350 to be taken for nothing.
