Geyser replaced in 2012, 21 May 2013 tap, valve and thermostat replaced. 18 October geyser starts tripping my lights, 19 Oct called it in with ref# AY-ABDA-01 and 4e-ty3e-01 ans electrician was sent out... Could not fix, said a plumber will come out. 20 Oct plumber comes out and wants R750 for parts. I refused to pay seeing as this was a fairly new geyser that was repaired 5 months ago. Spoke Emerentia from absa emergency line who could not help, called M&M plumbing who did previous repair who said there are no guarantees on parts replaced. I cannot keep paying for the same parts every few months... Thermostat, element and gasket. Now been referred to Absa hoc who only operate on a Mon-Fri. This is totally unacceptable!
