MY LATE HUSBAND'S FUNDS

I went to the above branch to report my later husband's death and also to have the remaining funds in his account transferred to my account. They requested all the necessary documents including my own bank statement so as to make sure they had the correct account number. I provided all that they requested and I was informed that they will send it to their head office and I should wait for their response. I went home and waited until 9th October 2013 when I decided to go and make enquiries. A friendly lady Runita assisted me on this day. She phoned their head office and apparently she spoke to another lady called Joyce who indicated to her that the money was paid into my acc between 9&10 September. I denied this as it was not true and I had to go and draw another bank statement to prove that and they told me that the money was paid into a wrong account but they will deposit it into my account before the 17th October. I went home again and waited in poverty until I decided to go back to them on 18th Oct 2013 where I was told the same thing that, the money went into the wrong account and they will investigate. I want to know, why should I continue to suffer for their negligence?
