Nedbank personal loan

Hi

I'm dissapointed with Nedbank, I thought they are supposed to be on thier client's side. I applied for a loan, it was declined because they said I was over commited. I sent them a statement from Capfin and explained to them that Capfin does not give paid up letters but only statement and that I have settled the account.

I wanted to make an appeal and no one seems to be able to assist. If my own bank cannot assist where should I go.
