Un reasonable tactics for an account

I am completely mortified by standard bank. I have a debit order that goes off every month for the payment of my standard bank credit card. Some where along the line one of the debit orders got returned. It must have been months ago. I have been bombarded by Standard bank on a daily basis from 4 different telephone numbers all day contantly up to 9 telephone calls a day. I have asked them everytime to increase the next debit order as I am unable to get to a branch to deposit cash into an account to no avail. I ignore the calls now

I have received calls in one day from the following numbers unabated .011 981 8500 ..011 981 8300.. 011 981 6800.. 011 981 7000.. 011 981 6400.. 981 7800.. 011 981 3000.. 011 243 6000
As if that is not enough a new tactic gets deployed the next day. MMS s constantly 5 to 6 a day. standard bank, Why cant you follow a simple instruction and double debit the next debit order. Who is footing the bill for all these calls. I have had enough Im moving all my debit orders to my First national Bank account... FAIL FAIL FAIL
