Why have a personal banker or Platinum acc?

FNB have so many double standards it is unbelievable.
I am a Platinum Banker with FNB and should according to them receive dedicated services and attention. Nonsense! I intended taking up another handset offer from FNB. The day before I settled my previous handset contract but was declined another offer. I phoned to asked why and said that I have used too much of my cheque over draft!

On the same call with my Premier Banker, who apparently is there to assist and make my life easier, told me that I was hand selected and qualify for the new Graphite package! Because I am such a good and valuable customer. It was simple, resolve my cellphone application and I will gladly consider the new offer.

On the same day, logging into my online banking, I was pleasantly surprised that I qualify and was pre-approved to be a FNB Private Cheque Account holder with all these additional benefits etc. Off course very excited I read through all the terms and conditions and considered taking up the offer.

Then to my shock, was notified that my cell phone contract was declined and they stood their ground! Yet they are willing to upgrade my package. Every request was just rejected by Wiseman! Shocking
