Initially I applied for my ebucks card earlier on the year already and TIL DATE my E Bucks card hasn't been delivered to me, although the pin for the unexistent card was sent to me via sms. So I tried emailing the ebucks team with my query, but it seems like they didn't even give my query the time of day AND they emailed me back, telling me that I should wait a FURTHER 21 days for a REPLACEMENT CARD. How can I have a replacement card for a card I never initially had?!!
I don't want to have any negative judgements against FNB because they have kept me happy all these years, I don't want ONE incident like this, leave a bad taste in my mouth.
PLEASE FIX THIS PRONTO!!!
