Over billing

I had to pay less then the normal amount on my loan, due to it ending, yet Standard bank still deducts the full amount.
They are useless, i call the call centre and the phone just rings at 8am in the morning they have no one to answer the phone.
Yesterday I sent them an email, still no responds.
I need to change my bank.
