No feedback regarding my claim

I had requested to insure my cellphone at Game store when i bought the phone, i made a payment immediately and received a call after two days to confirm my banking details, for the money to be debited each month from finrite.this occured in july 2012. i lost my cell phone in february 2013 and called finrite for a claim only to find out that my insurance was cancelled due to a fault on my bank account, and they also confirmed they sent me an sms to notify me which i did not receive.i was then advised to send my details for a claim and a cover letter explaining all the information.i did not receive any feedback, i spoke to mapakesa in august telling me that nothing was done with my claim and will look up on it, she also advised me that i will have to pay all the premiums back and said she will sent my claim to be processes and she never came back to me after that. i sent her her emails to find out of the claim and i never received anything still, i called finrite to check and only to find nothing has been done even today.its been almost a year and nothing has been done im not receiving any feed back i always have to do the follow ups.
