Credit report wrong information posted

On my credit report there was information posted that I don't pay my account, On checking my bank account it is clear that all payments went off. I have called them and they stated that according to them there is nothing wrong. Then when I check my report again, again it was posted that I have not paid for 4 months. I called to inquire, first the woman talking tome was extremely rude. She said someone will call me back and I am still waiting. They are making my credit record look bad with their false information.
