Stop telling us you do thing our way!!!

I have been a loyal customer with MiWay the service was always excellent. I always talked about MiWay as the best insurance to everybody, some changed to MiWay, I should warn them never to claim.

As this was my first claim in 3 years with MiWay on the 28th of September I phoned sent a call me on miway website as my car was involved in an accident, one of the tow track assisted me with miway contact numbers as they were not calling, and I do not have the sticker as they promised they will send me the documents and they have not done till today.

Monday the 7th October I phoned my first claim and Sicelo took all details and provided me with the claim number.

Tuesday the 8th I phoned to enquire about claim I was informed that Sicelo is dealing with claim, they are waiting for the assessment report.

Wednesday I phoned again the 9th and was told that they are still waiting for the assessment Sicelo was still too busy to talk to me since Tuesday the 8th.
On Thursday the 10th I phoned again and this time managed to get Sicelo who told me that they are waiting now for the assessor to investigate, the assessor phoned me as promised on Friday and promised he will come on Tuesday for inte
