How can we help you more like What can you do?

I recently by error transferred money into a wrong account to another bank, I realized this and immediately went to FNB as I did not CLEAR the funds for immediate payment. I explained the situation and they advised that I fill out a reversal request. I later received a call where they advised that my case has now been handed over to the forensics department to handle, my concern was this money was going to be cleared and it WAS transferred by myself, had this been handled and not handed over for a case maybe i would've received my money before it cleared into that account. The cherry on the cake is that I waited for feedback only for forensics to send me a mail telling me that because I authorized this transfer it is not considered to be a case! I AM WELL AWARE that I authorized, when companies accidentally transfer money into another account without clearing the funds I'm almost sure that they receive their money back or maybe this wonderful solution only happens with other banks where they don't necessarily promise to be a great innovative helping bank!! I've spoken to just about everyone at fnb only to be told different stories. disappointed and infuriated client!
