My Iphone was out of my Vehicle. I have tried to claim from King price. They rejected my claim. i have not received written confirmation as to why my claim was rejected. they confirmed telephonically that my claim was rejected because the phone was in the side of the car door. the phone is not visible but according to them it was not in a enclosed area. I have read through my policy and no where does it state the conditions. they say that my policy refers me to their website which contains the terms and condition. No where in my policy does it refer me to the terms and conditions on their web-site.
They are very happy to take you premium every month but are not prepared to make payment when you claim.
