I wish to advise that on 5 September 2013, I lodged a claim with yourselves for the of my motor vehicle. I advise that two weeks later on Friday 20 September 2013, my claim was finalised and paid out. On Friday 27 September 2013, I purchased a new vehicle and contacted yourselves to have same insured and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Justin. He registered my new vehicle. Justin then advised that there will be two instalments going off my account for insurance, but that the instalment for the vehicle would be refunded into my account as soon as the case was closed.
On Tuesday 8 October 2013, I contacted yourselves to find out what was happening with the refund of the instalment that went off my account for a vehicle that I no longer have, and the lady I spoke to, I can't remember her name, advised that she would find out why the claim has not been finalised yet, but that she would sort it out and get back to me as soon as possible. Almost a week later I have not yet heard anything. Please can i have an answer today, failing which i will take this matter further and cancel my policy with yourselves.
