American Express charge card - Rip Off

I had an American express charge card, two weeks after receiving my card, a consultant called me to ask me whether I wanted insurance on my card and I replied yes - so i was under the impression it was done, because according to my understanding and the new NCA act before the card was issued insurance was supposed to be offered through the bank if you do not have your own insurance, as you will find with my other loan with Nedbank I have always accepted the insurance through the bank, so why should it be any different now
Now that I have been medically boarded off work and notified the card divison, then only did they inform me that there was no insurance added on and it is still not added. Please confirm with your credit division as to why the proper credit procedure was not followed. I would appreciate a prompt response from Management.
