ON 2008/09/15 I CANCELLED MY POLICY WITH SANLAM (AFRICAN LIFE). I WENT TO THEIR GERMISTON BRAND AND WROTE A COMPLAINTS STATEMENT AND FAXED IT TO THEIR HEAD OFFICE, BUT END OF THE MONTH THEY DEDUCTED MY ACCOUNT. I ALWAYS YOU TO CALL THEM AND THEY ALWAYS GAVE ME A RUN AROUND. ON THE 10 FEBRUARY 2009 I WENT TO JOHANNESBURG BRANCH AND FAXED THE SAME DOCUMENTS, BUT STILL THEY DEDUCTED MY ACCOUNT, AND WHEN I GO TO MY BANK THEY SAID I MUST CANCELL IT WITH SANLAM. TILL TODATE I NEVER RECEIVED A CENT BACK OF THE MONEY THAT THE DEDUCTED.
