ON CREDIT CARD IN JULY 2013

on the 03/07/13 & 04/07/13 a total amount of R1240 was withdrawn from my ABSA credit card account. the details are as follows: (both ATM in Ladysmith)
03/07/13 ATM CASH -009917-0124057 74565463184602799170009 R1000.00
04/07/13 ATM CASH - 013351 -0140827 74565463185623933510008 R240.00
When I contacted ABSA bank on the 11/07/13 my complaint was logged and I was advised to wait for ABSA to investigate. ON the 15/16 July 2013 i was contacted by Renschie Van Niekerk from ABSA division to say that ABSA will not refund the monied from account because the investigation showed that my PIN and my card was used but at this time my card was with me and I was at work. So I asked the lady to please show me the video footage so I can identify the person thats when she told me to open a case of with SAP. On the 18/07/13 I opened a case with the SAP Ladysmith case number 646/7/2013. the constable investigating the case came back to asking me if I know a person and she told a name I did not recognise and said the ABSA released a statement stating that monies from my account was transfered to this persons account but my statement does not reflect any of that.
