I AM LIVID WITH MIWAY!!!

I am so angry that Miway who I have been with for over 2 years now keeps messing up my policy. I have had to call their and stay on hold for so long on my cellphone and when I go approach another insurance company and come back to Miway, they try their best to give me a better premium but now they not sticking to that. I have received 3 different premiums today, much higher that what was settled with Jolene De Bruyn who apparently does not work their anymore. I was told I would have a premium of R657 with R1 500 excess. They have it on record telephonically. Now I get a Policy for R900 and R800 with R3 300 excess, it is mad and I am fuming. Now they decide to add on an amount for or hijack when this was all part of my initial policy premium last year. They just decide to do their own thing when it suits them. I went to King Price and cam back to Miway telling them I was changing and they gave me a whole story of why I must not change, but look at how pathetic they are. I want to speak to a manager and I want this sorted out asap. Also after telling me my premium is R657, R717 gets debited off my account last month. I will not stay with Miway unless this gets sorted out!!!
