I would like to take this opportunity to express my delight with the wonderful service I recently received when enquiring with zero (0) excess at Miway Insurance. These days it is not often that a Call Centre Consultant Agent goes beyond the extra mile to ensure a client's peace of mind and satisfaction; however it simply was a pleasure dealing with Christina Mafa. She took extra measure to ensure that her service delivery was impeccable from start to conclusion of our businesses.
It is good to know that there are some individuals at companies such as Miway Insurance that still believe in excellent client services. I have no doubt that I will continue dealing with Miway Insurance and I will also recommend them to my friends, colleagues and family.
