ABSA'S STAFF INCAPABLE OF READING E-MAILS

I have been trying for the past month to change the e-mail address on our e-statements. However, the option on our account is not available. I have contacted Absa SEVERAL times, and have had the same response over and over again: We are unable to assist you via e-mail. Go into your account, click on options, etc. etc. I have sent them a print screen of the fact that the system DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO CHANGE the e-statement address, but I get the same STUPID response. Can't they read? Doesn't somebody want to take the trouble to respond with a SENSIBLE answer? Absa's service. They are the worst of all the banks.
