I WANTED to change my Insurance from my current company to you guys as you gave me the better quote, but waiting now for 3 days for my policy documents and I'm the one that keeps on phoning YOU guys and a call never takes under half an hour!!! Well, i still haven't received my documents and i'm cancelling Budget NOW... if THIS is your service, i'd rather pay more with my current company and at least i know the service i'm getting.
