I am cancelled my policy with Woolworths insurance - not because I am unhappy but because I had a wonderful option with Discovery Insurance. The call centre agent tried his best but could not better the deal from Discovery. In 2011 my son had a near fatal accident and I have had the most amazing support and service from Woolworths. They replaced my car (with a little bit of an issue) and someone even came to my house after my son was released from hospital, brought him a Playstation to keep him occupied for the next 6 months while he was recovering. Thank you Woolworths Insurance, sorry to leave you but I got a better deal. I will however not stop shopping there. Truely you are a great company - Anneke Canei
