Call centre not honouring request

Good day
My wife was contacted by one of the Call2Save agents. From what I understand they one of your lead providers.

On Wednesday someone called her twice and both times she said she was not interested and requested that they remove her from their list.
On Thursday evening another lady phoned her while she was in recovery in the hospital after she had surgery the morning and still tried to sell her MiWay insurance.

Can I please request that someone explain where these people are getting our numbers because we certainly did not give consent to anything like this??

I understand these people need to do their jobs, but then they should also honour request NOT to call someone after being repeatedly asked not to! How do we get them to remove us from all lists they have permanently??
