Ad service/attitude

I entered the banking hall at 13h05 to deposit some money
I was the 13th person in the line
behind the counter where 4 bank staff members
only one was helping clients, he was the bulk teller
the one was a foreign exchange banker, she was doing nothing
and one person was receiving training by the hall manager
progress was slow.
after ten minutes i knocked on the window and asked to speak to the person in charge.
the lady giving training was the person in charge
I asked her to please arrange for extra staff to handle the line as people where walking out because they were not getting service
the Manager explained that one teller was on lunch, the foreign exchange teller was helping, and the bulk teller was open, she then carried on with her training and ignored all in the line
In the meantime, a couple entered the hall, bypassed the line and went straight to the bulk teller while he was dealing with a client, and got service,
at 13h30 i eventually got my money deposited and went to complain to the branch manager about the bad service we received in the banking hall.
after 10 minutes of waiting I left the bank.
