On 17 Sep 2013 my Partner took his car to a santam assessment centre for a bumper bashing, after waiting 2 weeks he called the assessor to find out what was happening, the assessor said he would find out and let him know, 2 weeks later still no feedback and both him and i called the assessor and Santam for lack of feedback as well as listening to the client! we are still waiting 1 month later for the car to even have a booking for the car to be repaired! in October my Moms car also went to the same assessor who failed to notice as part of the damage that the door handle and black trim on the car had to be replaced as part of the claim!!! makes me wonder how many other cars this assessor (Peter Khoza) has messed up with! Santam is supposed to be a great Insurer but this lack of feedback as well as poor assessing has made me feel that they cannot be trusted! Please could we actually get some response on these 2 matters as they are rather urgent!
