Poor Service for vehicle finance

I applied online for pre-approval finance on Standard bank's website and i got approval. Within minutes of completing the application i got a call from Izaak who informed me that all i had to do was get a quote for the car that i wanted and send it through to him on Saturday the 19th of Jan. On the 21st i sent through a quote When i asked him whether he had received my application he immediately phoned me and told me that he hadn't received any email from me and asked that i resent the quote. I made a follow up again & he requested for my number. He called and advised that my application had been approved subject to validation and he sent me the pre quote. He requested for my husband's ID, payslips, proof of residence and employment contract. All this was sent to him but still no feedback we still had to ask him again. On friday the 25th he told us the application was still with validation and he would definitely get back to us before the end of the day which never happened. Today he told us the bank cannot get hold of my husband's Hr department which is a blatant lie. My husband has been with standard bank for 5 years and last year he convinced me to join, i am at a loss of words, poor serv
