Do not bank with NEDBANK

My father who is a pensioner, had R5000 from his account. On one occasion his daily limit was exceeded and Nedbank want to give him R2000 to settle this matter. He went to the bank to say when he tries to with draw money his account says limit exceeded and Nedbank staff said don't worry. SHOCKING. NEDBANK DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS . His card has never left his sight. I will not bank with NEDBANK and warn NEDBANK customers, this bank does not accept responsibility for even when it looks like an inside operation. I dont expect NEDBANK to respond - YOU DONT CARE about you customers. I will keep posting this post everyday - so that SOUTH AFRICANS know what you are about NEDBANK. (yes he will be going to the Ombudman) SOUTH AFRICAN have other banks who value the safety of their customers money. BEWARE of at NEDBANK, You will not get your money bank, NEDBANK will make you wait for 6 weeks and not take responsibility.
