I am fed up of the poor service I am getting from Etana Insurance. I was referred to them on the 09/09/2013 by Kruger Broker that they have registered my 3rd party claim with them. Since then I have been calling and no one assisted me. They don't have my details, I send them through, I follow up, I am referred to someone else everday and no feedback or help. I am frustrated because their client accepted paying for the damages on my car and I am not that I am irresponsible because I have an insurance on my vehicle but decided on this route of claiming since I was not in the wrong in anyway. It's bad that since August 29 my vehicle has not been fixed yet the person whom bumped my car, hers has been fixed. I spoke to Loryan, Tumi, Nadin, Soxy from Etana Insurance and it's been a cycle non of them could help.
