Noncendo from FNB Canal Walk should be fired. She has obviously reached a point where she is apathetic about the job and just doing it for a paycheck.
I enquired about paypal topup with FNB. She rudely told me to go to Absa. I returned from Absa as the information she gave me was false.
While waiting to be helped again, i noticed her interaction with an old white gentleman, who was clearly frustrated with her service. A young black man followed and he was also frustrated.

Noncendo should be fired ASAP. Zubair should get a raise ASAP. She is hurting the brand. Millions spent on ads is being wasted if customer facing employees are this bad.
