I submitted a claim for an accident & was advised that Sechaba was processing my claim. I have had no contact from this man since the time of the claim, both my husband & I have left several messages, i sent emails to him & he just does not respond. everytime we call in he is never available. I have now just had it. I tried to speak to a manager in the claims department on more than 1 occasion, & they too are never available. is this the way you run a business? We have a rental car & now Avis wants the car returned &in the meantime it is just over a month that my car is with you & no one seems to be able to help me. I called in before & was told that sechaba had a whole lot of unnecessary "stuff" open on my claim & someone tried to close of these things to speed up the process. It is now over a month & i was advised that my car will only be fixed by 25/10 & now I am being hounded by avis to return the rental car. I cannot get hold of anyone who is efficient enough to assist me. I want someone to sort out this mess as your delay should not impact me. Your staff are incompetent & I honestly believe that your ceo should be advised of this. I will be doing just that.
