Honestly, is there any service provider left in this country that actually works diligently with due skill and honesty and integrity. My fiance has been calling legal wise for 2 weeks in a row needinig urgent law assistance and in return has not gotten back as much as a phone call to endless messages as well as emails. Advocate Beauty has not returned either of his calls lying to her manager claiming she left messages for him when she didnt even bother calling him. I have been with legalwise for 4 years a Gold member reffering him to legalwsie a platinum member and this is the type of service we receive. In the 4 years I have not made use of my membership paying R100 every month for the use of this membership. Legalwise has no client service skill and neittherh are they interested in assisting us in proffessional manner. It is better to pay a lawyer upfront and be treated with urgency than pay a monthly fee to a firm who lack professionalism, ethics, due diligence and integrity.
